How I Work

Working Style 

Senior engineering roles often get split across two or three hires,
someone for the models, one for infrastructure, one for delivery.
I've kept all three current for 15+ years, and bring expertise
which adds up to be greater than the sum of their parts.

I read codebases on day one, have a view on architecture by end of week one,
and earn the team's trust by end of the first sprint. I provide reusable patterns
and best practices grounded by strong security and operational maturity.
